I already miss the flavors of thanksgiving, so I had to make a turkey Sandwich with cranberry sauce and Pumpkin Pie Sweet Potato Purée!

Ingredients:
?Turkey
?Fresh Cranberry Sauce
?Brioche Bun
?Pumpkin Pie Sweet Potato Purée - recipe below
?Spinach
?Red Onions
?Rosemary Sprig

RECIPE:
PUMPKIN PIE Sweet Potato Purée
?2 large sweet potatoes
?1/4 cup - milk
?1 tbsp - #flavorgod pumpkin pie
?1 tbsp - honey or maple syrup
?Pinch -#flavorgod pink salt or sea salt
?2 tbsp - butter / ghee butter

DIRECTIONS
1.Peel and cut 2 sweet potatoes into 2-inch chunks. In a large saucepan, cover potatoes with water. Bring to a boil; cook until tender when pierced with the tip of a paring knife /about 15 to 20 minutes. 2.Drain.
3.Next puree in food processor, with butter, #flavorgod pumpkin pie seasoning, milk, honey and a pinch of salt.
