Every Friday on Annapurna living I feature a woman who embodies Annapurna. This is @kiamilleryoga. I met Kia a few years ago when I did my kundalini yoga teacher training. At @yogawestla . We were put in small groups and she and her hubby @tommyrosen were our group leaders. Once a month we would gather round Kia's wooden kitchen table and discuss the training- we would study and share. Kia would make tea and a pot of kitcheree and always raw chocolate :: Kia is a light house. I am blessed to know her and we are all blessed that she opens her heart and her teaching to us:: Kia says destiny is when we get up before dawn, set our energy for the day with meditation yoga and prayer and decide how we want to meet the day :: fate is when we get up grab for the coffee or the tea open our email or read the news and are at the mercy of life for the rest of the day . #annapurnaliving annapurnaliving
