#TBT to my 1st transformation and my 1st WBFF show. I did 6 weeks of paleo diet challenge as a New Years resolution followed by 8 weeks of hardcore training and following a strict meal plan. It was a bit chilly for a bikini in early April 2014 in New England, but I did a photoshoot to document my hard work and progress. Take pics!
