Hobo Family Portrait 2016. Official video up & link in profile. ?? Some thoughts. First, yes it's a ginormous haul. And yes I have both witnessed with others and also experienced the negative end of reactions due to this. I can sort of get why in a sense, and to an extent, many of us if not all of us, do this with something. So I wanted to take a moment to share my own thoughts here. To clarify, I'm not at all trying to "show off" (plus I'm not exactly sure what I'd be showing off other than the fact that I'm a kinda boring dork who loves notebooks). Anyhoo. When I am excited about something or find a great product, I like to share it with others, especially those who I think might find a mutual interest in it. I personally love and (endlessly) scour YouTube & IG to see what other creatives are enjoying, over the moon about and/or using regularly. That's how I've discovered some of my favourite supplies. So I hope this sheds a glimpse of where I'm coming from, and though I'm a firm believer in not caring what others think, can we just be honest for a moment and admit that it's never fun being the one who's slighted or judged or sized up based on petty menial things? That said, whatever it is that you are passionate about, whether it be notebooks or traveling or a hobby or ______, there's no shame in being full on in and investing in yourself, especially if it's the very thing that makes you prosper well, and especially if you work hard too. Life's too short. Enjoy the things that make your heart come alive. Your dreams and life are worthy of it. ?????
