Found by the @DSWT in a manmade well, Naseku was trying to free herself for around 14 hours, her back was red raw showing signs of a prolonged struggle. Thankfully, the Namunyak Conservancy Community Scouts retrieved her from the well and kept Naseku safe until the DSWT arrived to rescue her. Since her arrival at the Nairobi Nursery, her transition has been one of the smoothest the DSWT have witnessed. Once out with the other orphans, Naseku hasn't looked back!
