So I been prepping for my fitness calendar photoshoot (shooting this week) & I been trying to be careful on my intake & in my workouts. Not bc I'm trying to get ripped or be super lean but to look and be healthy yet fit. See, Too many times we follow fitness inspirations that are unrealistic, either they are on steroids or have gotten crazy work done. Im a busy woman , I can't train day in or day out but I do choose to eat right & remain active. Not to look perfect. Bc I tried that as a kid & it lead me to eating disorders n body image issues. Now my only goal is to live a long and optimal live, bc there is no such ch thing as perfect. What's your goal ??? cc: @underground_nyc
