@getfit_mum !! Check out another one of our amazing #bbgmums !! ?? I've had a lot of new girls ask me what BBG means. BBG stands for Bikini Body Guide. I created these guides and released them in January 2014. I called them the bikini body guides because I wanted women to feel confident in a bikini. I wanted them to FEEL amazing. I feel like the word 'confidence' means so much more to me, and us, now.... So I called my APP 'Sweat with Kayla'. Because SWEAT is universal. Sweat means hard work. It means dedication, commitment and goals. To sweat - is to work hard and that is what I want to teach women. To work HARD towards their goals. To not be afraid to sweat.? I love #bbg.
