Love a gym that's opened 24hrs. Even more reason to not let a two show day be an excuse to miss out on a leg day. Adding more cardio now to work on athleticism and hopefully hit that 60inch box jump soon. Went back to basics on everything. Form above all. Slowly increasing weight again but with better form.
