Ok everypawdy, so the good news is: Kal doesn't need surgery on his leg! ? The alignment of the bones won't be perfect (but that was never a concern for me) and while it means that Kal might be more prone to arthritis or injuries if he should fall when he's a senior cat, he's OK now! YAY!!! ?

Also, Kal apparently sustained a femural injury prior to the tibial fracture one wtf? That one has almost completely healed itself so that's great, but this was news to me today. (I really wonder what he went through on the streets, and it makes me want to catch whoever abused him even more!) Also, Dr Dennis was GOOD. He really took the time and went into detail explaining the x-ray results (I also received a CD copy, and will post the photos later or tomorrow) and while I couldn't possibly remember the exact terms, I could actually look at the x-rays right now and point out to you what was wrong, and where, and stuff like that! Amazing!

Well that's all the update I have at the moment with regards to Kal's health; more updates like the receipts etc to follow tomorrow or the day after!
For now, I'm going to meet my BFF - and treat myself to a Starbucks ice blended - and celebrate the fact that little Kal is fine! So till then, CHEERS and here's a video of Kal being a brave little trooper at the reception area earlier!
