Every year, @irenewongi does something amazingly sweet for her crew and the chefs she's worked with throughout the year. Since so many of us work on #Thanksgiving day, she cooks up a couple dozen pork shoulders and shucks hundreds of oysters for a pre-Thanksgiving bossam party for us. This year, there were also 100 Cronut® pastries in front of the fireplace. Thanks for being the very best host Irene! ? #Cronut
