Ok so I'd like to address a couple of fitness myths: ----- "Fit chicks seem obsessed with the gym." Im not going to lie, I love the feeling of lifting and a great workout but I enjoy plenty of other things in life too! I try to maintain a hard work, hard play balance. On average, I only spend about 7 hrs a week in the gym. I find time to workout because it keeps me healthy, energized, strong, increase my focus, reduce my stress, improve my aesthetics and motivate others as I become walking proof of the benefits. I don't think it's a fad or hobby: it's a lifestyle I want to pass onto my kids. ------- Which leads me to my next misconception: "You seem really obsessed with your body and showing it off." No, actually like most females and males we all look at ourselves way different than the public perceives. I guarantee you your wcw has her own wcw or someone they feel appears more ideal. I in no way, shape or form "feel perfect." Anyone who does is kind of arrogant and snobby in my opinion. I chose to get more active and involved in preventative healthcare which I believe starts with nutrition and exercise. My particular fave is weightlifting but I support all safe forms of exercise. I applaud those that have a body that demonstrates their strength, hard work and dedication. I think the human body is incredible and can be molded how you choose. I find many women and men sexy and have no reason to bash those showing off their hard work, especially for a good cause like hoping to motivate and improve the lives of others. Also, I think I would be pretty hypocritical to advertise myself as a fitness trainer without showing my transformations or continued maintenance that this is a lifestyle, not just a quick fix. ---- Hope you all had a great weekend! 😘 See link in bio for body shaping guides! #ProgressNotPerfection
