Taking a big picture perspective, last night’s Latin Grammy Awards drew more 18-49 Hispanic viewers than comparative music ceremonies of the most recent MTV Video Music Award, the Billboard Music Awards and the Country Music Awards. Also, as sign of Univision’s reach, the show, which saw Will Smith busting some rhymes with Bomba Estero on their ‘Fiesta (Remix)’ single, pulled in more 18-49 viewers last night than NBC and Fox’s entire primetime line-up brags the network. All of which put Univision in third place among nets after ABC and CBS.
