1️⃣ Combine 2 oz. Plymouth Gin and 1 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth in a mixing glass.
2️⃣ Add ice and stir 25-35 times.
3️⃣ Pour cocktail using a Julep strainer into a Coupe glass.
4️⃣ Garnish with a lemon twist. ?
