It's never too late to be in the present moment ... Don't worry about the past.. Don't worry about the future .. Be here right now in this present moment.
Today I have an appointment with life... We all must stay in the present moment .. Embrace it. I would like to challenge everyone today to make sure they are breathing from their stomach. Every time that you feel overwhelmed ...Take a time out ... Breathe and move forward. Often times we forget to do this simple action. Because we are speeding through life. Slow down. Take it all in.
