It is with great sadness that the Sam Villa Company mourns the sudden passing and loss of one of their beloved and valued employees, Jimmy Smith. Smith was Manager of Customer Advocacy and joined the company in 2012. In his role, Smith touched thousands of customers who contacted the company’s help desk. He made a connection with every hairstylist he came into contact with, and always with a personal touch, because he simply cared about their concerns and their life behind the chair. His positive attitude and big heart were a daily inspiration to those he worked with.

Thoughts are with Smith’s family and the many friends that he made throughout his life.
