We borrowed one of US Elite Men's Cyclocross National Champ Jeremy Power's bikes during the recent Derby City Cup in Louisville for a quick photo session. Thanks to Rapha Focus mechanic Tom Hopper for giving us the lowdown on what Jeremy's been running much of this season. A few notes:
-- This season Jeremy switched from a carbon bar to the Zipp Service Course SL-80 because he loved the ergonomics, especially the flat transition "shelf" from the bar to the brake hoods. -- Jeremy's go-to wheel sets remain the Zipp 303 Firecrest Disc-brake. Last season he tested prototypes of the new Zipp 77/177D hubset, and he's back on the production version of the hubset. -- Jeremy runs the carbon Zipp SLSpeed seatpost with the 0mm setback. This seatpost also has been a popular choice among many road pros looking for precise fit, security and light weight. -- As for drivetrain and brakes, it's SRAM Force 1 with HydroR hydraulic disc brakes.
