Full on @adidasph gear for today! First time in months! ? I haven't had a regular workout plan for about half a year already!!! Although work is always a blessing, I've been finding it difficult to push myself to go to the gym as I have been so exhausted nowadays. But oh well, it only means I need to push harder! Soooo here we go!!! I'm literally back to zero, back to my form before I started going to the gym, but I am motivated to get back into shape! Starting over is always the hardest part, but I know I GOT THIS! #backtobeastmode ??
