Have you ever been at work and someone says, "Yeah, that task needs to be done but it's not my job." In my opinion, when you truly believe that you are part of something special, then anything can be anyone's job.

On this night, one of my guys had to go home early. I suppose I could've delegated the task to someone else or waited for him to return the following morning to clean the warehouse. But to me, a leader is first and foremost a team player. And no sooner than I start to sweep the floor the broom handle breaks in half! Ha! I taped it up and kept cleaning.

I will never ask my team to do something that I'm unwilling or unable to do myself. In return, I never have a problem finding a member of my staff willing to work hard for FlavorGod. Have a great weekend everyone!
