One of my proudest post of 2015 is to these HARD working creative minds director, writers, producers, and the champ...... Show runner Eric Pankowski our show has already changed TV and it hasn't aired yet........ Thank you to the crew everyone matters and this is the NEW energy of Hollywood - very very proud of the #Diversity and the forward thinking #Creativity - 17 people in this one room and his isn't the whole crew....... Coming soon to the #OWNNetwork thank you to the top executives at CBS and of course one of my favorite people and visionaries @オプラ・ウィンフリー for believing IN us and taking this journey WITH us....
