TURKEY TOSTADA SALAD

My Taco Tuesday seasoning would be perfect for this taco tostada salad by @mffoodies! A perfect snack for watching this weekend's football. Thanks Manny!

@mffoodies:
?preheat oven at 450 degrees
?place 2 whole wheat tortillas in tortilla pans
?bake for 15 minutes
?season 1 cup of ground turkey with @Flavorgod Seasonings Chipotle seasoning & cayenne pepper
?spray pan and fry turkey for about 6 minutes. Make sure to stir constantly and chop it up
?dice/chop up1/2 avocado, 1 small tomato, 1/4 of a small onion, 2 scallions, & 1 cup of lettuce
?remove tortilla shells from oven
?fill with 1/2 cup lettuce & other veggies
?add 1/2 cup ground turkey
?sprinkle with low fat mozzarella/cheddar mix and 1 tbsp black beans
?top with 1 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt & some scallion
