I'd never understood the importance of a good bed until I got my @casper. I get so caught up in the day working, checking social media, exploring and eating that sleep just becomes a means to get up and do it again.
In getting this new bed I've taken sleep more seriously and try to use it as a time to fully turn off and recharge. In this cluttered world of eat, work repeat, don't forget to enjoy it and relax. Bed time, is the best time. #casper #bed #sleep
