It's not your typical #painauchocolat, but in our 2.0 version we tried to address one of my biggest pet peeves in chocolate #croissants, which is that there's never enough #chocolate (and baking chocolate just doesn't have the quality of Valrhona dark chocolate with some Maldon #seasalt).
