A: Iconosquare was a highly-recommended platform, and I wanted a way to analyze our posts/followers so that I am confident about our strategy moving forward. It also has great tools like the ability to find influencers that have a similar audience. ________________________________________Q: How do you measure your brand influence on Instagram? A: Follower interaction with our photos and online sales are our two primary indicators for Instagram. Interaction is easy to measure in photo comments and tags, and we are able to track sales through website analytics. There seems to be a lot more spam on Instagram recently, so we do not measure follows/unfollows as a KPI as much as in the past.
