Such an excellent piece in this mornings @ニューヨーク・タイムズ Magazine by the genius @annaholmes about diversity, or lack of & folks not walking the talk.This quote sums up my feeling entirely. Instead of putting on one more panel, event, or fancy dinner to discuss the lack of diversity in the media , in Silicon Valley , in Hollywood we need tangible change. We need action not talk. I personally will not take part in any more conversations about the problem . We all know the stats , they suck , not much is changing so ACTION & SOLUTION is the only thing to talk about and put money behind. So pleased this was written about finally !!! ( thanks Anna ?)
