What Can I Say? #NathanMyhrvold told me that when #Ebuli's #FerranAdria came to visit #ModernistCuisine he prepped a near 46 course meal in a 4 hour stretch. #DanBarber has rolled out the blue carpet & damn near made me reconsider ALL of the veggies I used to scoff at as a kid. Seriously those who know me personally should be mind blown that I fell in love w raw vegetables. Not to say I avoid them: no, you need them to live and thrive, it was never my favorite tho. Near 40something courses! (Quick tutorial, #BlueHill Is about 45 mins north of FDR in NYC on a farm where everything you eat is organically grown: I devoured everything: carrots, radish, nuclear sized broccoli, squash, celery, red pepper fed eggs from a chicken (red eggs!!) eyes, ears, snout, all types of butter and spreads....even peanut butter stout!
