This is a letter from Bela Lugosi, famous for playing Dracula, mentioning fellow movie monster pal, Boris Karloff known for being Frankenstein, thanking L.A. Times gossip columnist to the stars, Hedda Hopper for her help in reviving their careers. In regards to his "comeback", Lugosi starred in many films after he wrote this note in early 1940, notably "The Wolf Man", "Glen or Glenda" and "Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein".
