One of my favourite abdominal practice : abs with a roll
when you hold the breath, squeeze mat with inner legs, lifting up through inner edges of the feet.
Exhale, lift head and shoulders up, and keep squeezing the roll.
Do 3-5 rounds.
The benefit from this practice is to build the strength of the lower abdominal and inner thigh. Beginners who has tight hamstrings can also practice by bending the knees.
