Here I am making the syrup to balance one of my #singatureedition #Chivas drinks. It was presented to me as one of the secret ingredients in the marinade for #pekingduck and it's like nothing I have ever tasted. It's Black Sesame powder. It has a sweet toasted and creamy yet malty and chocolatey taste. Decadent and delicious!
