I was told "no" more times than you could imagine while building my career. I've been refused, ignored, devalued & flat out forgotten but still I contemplated and continued to move forward reading, listening & allowing my small victories and larger losses to impact how I continued forward.
Every single "no" lead me to my own yes moment. Each time I was told "not gonna happen" I started a new project that inspired me and others to make something happen.
I never stopped fighting for what I knew would eventually be mine. I don't believe in no in terms of goals. I think it's a reason to quit. I feel hearing no only populates your mind with more obstacles & doubt. Train yourself to take a "no" as a point of interest on a map that starts you moving in a proper direction towards a place you desire to be.
Your life is a story you are living and sharing so don't limit yourself or deny yourself things that should be a part of each chapter. You need to grow and learn and live in order to have intelligence in your strongest decisions. It all matters. Each heartbreak, stolen moment or complete collapse. It all gives you a new tool that you need to get to your yes moment. I've been blessed with a ton of yes moments in my life. The one thing they all share is they started with a "no."
