I've been on low carb diet and exercises for two weeks now ~~~ finally I understand I importance of doing exercises , I used to think that diet only is enough but as I get older ~ I think exercises are really important too. I have a goal next year which is bikini party with @soo87 and @misshermes so we need to work hard and motivate each other !! ???✨?? Don't forget out promise !!!
