Relaxing sequence
Lunge, you can put extra padding under your back knee.
Lounge Lunge, with left leg in front, place right hand on floor about 6 inches ahead of the plum line of the shoulder. Relax neck toward right shoulder.
Pigeon, rest on forearms.
These poses can release tension from our hip, neck and jaw. Also creates length in ribs and spine.
I do 5 breaths in each pose then change to another side.
