Exploring the Betatakin Ruins in Navajo County, Arizona. It was a really tough hike 700 feet straight down into the canyon, but so worth it once we were able to get up close to these ruins.
The Betatakin ruins were built in the 1200s by the Anasazi people and comprise over 100 cliffside dwellings. This area was rediscovered in the early 1900s.
