How I avoided stretch marks during both my pregnancies. It's so important to exfoliate before you apply creams and oils because you want your skin to absorb these oils, and my all-time favorite body scrub is by Clarins. قمتُ بتجنب علامات التشقق أثناء حملي عبر استعمال مقشر بشرة من كلارينس. من المهم جداً أن تقومي بتقشير البشرة قبل وضع الزيوت كي تمتص هذه الزيوت. بعد التقشير، قمتُ باستعمال هذا المنتج مرتين بالأسبوع و أحسستُ بالفرق فوراً. تأكدي أن يكون جسمك رطباً دائماً كي تتجنبي علامات التشقّق!
