A few days ago we opted to hop around between Cinque Terre's 5 towns via @raileurope ? which made visiting all five extremely easy. We then decided the very next day to make the journey again, but this time doing the entire trek between Monterosso all the way to Riomaggiore? I'm not much of a hiker so I have to admit it was a struggle. As a native New Yorker I can walk 20miles non stop on paved ground, but once you throw in unpaved stairs, rocks, mud, and stones I'm a hot mess? But I have to admit the photography opportunities were endless and views like this made the whole trek worthwhile? I definitely suggest getting both a train pass @raileurope and the Cinque Terre Trek pass to give yourself some flexibility & time while touring these amazing towns ?? Also make sure to wear the right walking gear, bring water and a map as some trails were closed. But these views were sooooo worth it?? @raileurope #raileurope
