Graphic liner with blue and purple lower lash line

1.Begin by applying "Ivory" (My Beauty Weapon Palette) onto the brow bone
2.Taking "Medusa" (Dynasty Palette) and an angled brush, outline slightly above the crease as if your creating a cutcrease makeup look! (follow your own natural shape) extend the line right until you reach the corner of the brow
3.Now using "LBD" gel liner darken the line and add a bit of thickness to make it bold
4.Using "LBD" gel liner apply your winged liner, following the shape you've already created from the line above
5.Taking "Ecstasy" shadow smudge underneath the lower lash line and with a smaller brush take "Aphrodite" and smudge cooler to the lower lashes extending it at the outer corner of the eyes to create another wing
