handsomely multicoloured ‘Bright Lights’ chard picked from my garden this month. By October these beauties have reached a decent size and can be cut regularly, right into winter. and sprouting again in early spring before finally bolting in April. It’s such a useful vegetable – try it served with lemon and a little oil... ? #eattherainbow
