Luke James has been working hard / grinding / recording / touring / been signed / consistently for over 15 years!! (Before I even I even left school)
He has toured the world alone, and with Beyoncé as her main opener.
Luke James was in the film 'Black Nativity' alongside Jennifer Hudson, Mary J Blige, Forest Whitaker and Angela Bassett in 2013. (Go watch it, if you haven't seen it ?) He has performed on various TV shows in the USA and around the world including Ellen and The View.
Luke is twice Grammy nominated, he has had a top 5 USA solo album self titled 'Luke James' that was released before we even met. (Which is amazing if you don't have it go BUY it!!!) My favs songs are:

I stay quiet a lot about bullshit stories the media make up. But I won't allow them to try and de value the hard work of an incredible artist. It's deflating and mean.
Or dismiss their dreams and talent to be defined by something that in fact has nothing to do with them anyway.
When you are famous your private life and work life sometimes blur into each other. And what people think they are entitled to ask, comment and make up sometimes goes too far.
Luke James is currently in the studio writing in my opinion some of his best songs yet!
And I am so fxcking excited for everyone to hear it.
