Early morning run! Doing my last 2km of 10km intervals! 2km - 6x 800m sprint 200m slow then 2km again. Thanks @kuyakim_atienza and Coach @igelopez ☺ They were telling me how important it is to train. To my fellow first timers for 21km, please make sure to train so you don't hurt yourself on race day ? The 25th is just around the corner! Let's do this!!!!
