When we brought out 'the gown' for the first time in our Island Boho collection we had no idea it would spread like wild flower!! A simple idea I had based on this vintage nightgown with a wierd rouched waist band that I loved because of its 'casual-comfy-ness'... We called the prototype the Cinderella Gown and gave it a full skirt using more fabric than any garment we've ever designed and cut the vintage sample right down the front adding buttons so it could be worn open like a duster - we had our doubts and held our breaths...
