"My name is Ali I'm 12 years old and I'm from Spain.
When I was 9 I started to feel a lot of pressure and I started to be scared at night
People said that it was normal and that I only couldn't sleep but that wasn't true.
When I get up in the morning sometimes I can't go to school because I'm so tired and I didn't sleep anything at night I was afraid and I was also hugging my mom and telling of what I was afraid. Even sometimes I get sick I start to feel bad and I don't eat.
I'm going to a psychologist that helps me to understand that I don't have to be afraid.
Every single time I wanto go to my friends house to do a sleepover I can't because I'm afraid of everything I had to stay at home with my mom and my dad.
I just feel bad because this problem is making me feel fat, feel ugly and feel alone.
But @セレーナ・ゴメス has said to us that we never give up.
This days at night I've been listening to revival and it really helps me that beautiful songs are on repeat in my head and the bad dreams
