Just found this pic of my #1 girl @atlantabean I took for @id_magazine a few years ago . I was a teen girl when I became mother to this girl.For much of my life my focus has been about raising this girl to be the most she can be. Most importantly, we lead by example. More than any words it is how we walk through life that impacts those around us most . If you want to support the many girls in the world, the best way to do that is to live your life as fully as possible,with integrity, authenticity and celebrating your femininity. Being a girl is hard as fuck in many ways, but it is also an extraordinary time to be a SHE .
P.S- not sayin I don't love my son or other dudes in my life but today it's about the #girls !!
