#EmilyKinney, singer-songwriter, actress and zombie fighter, answered some questions for @Rolling Stone IG: Which is more nerve-wracking, a live performance or watching yourself on screen? "Especially when it’s your own songs and music, I think performing live is more nerve-racking because there's always this sense that anything could happen and you can go back and fix it! However that's also the thing that makes performing live so much fun....you just have to dive in and trust and be open and let stuff happen.” How has social media played a role in distributing your music? "Social media has played a huge role in my success as a musician. I don't work with a record label. I don't have a record deal. Social media has allowed me to reach a huge audience on my own terms.
