Carne asada tacos is a classic dish from Latin cuisine and is one of my favorites. This one is from @5280meat and features their 5280 beef skirt steak with my Everything Spicy seasoning along with sautéed onions and peppers. Perfect!

It's #TacoTuesday and I had to load up my plate with my most favorite steak--hands down--I would pass up a filet for our skirt steak (this is where carne asada comes from, but it can also be made from flank steak) call me crazy, but it's true! I seared our 5280 Beef® Skirt Steak in ghee butter in a cast iron skillet approximately 3 minutes per side on high heat (timing will ultimately depend on steak thickness, this one was about an inch thick). I removed the steak and then sautéed some red & yellow bell peppers & served with red and green onion & sliced avocado all seasoned up with @Flavorgod Seasonings Spicy! So delish?
