I didn't congratulate @rafaelpacchiano when he was appointed Natural Resources Minister around 5 weeks ago because my kidney stones were killing me and in all honesty later I completely forgot. I only met him once but he was extremely cordial to us, he sat all the way into the other side of the table and it caught my attention that he was paying so much attention to everything that was said between us and the former minister, I even told @paulcheca that Rafael was very smart because nowadays not a lot of people pay attention. And I always tell the people that work with me that there's a time to shut up, listen say yes sir and theres a time to roar. That's how one learns. So congratulations Rafael Pacchiano for your appointment...
Una tardía pero sincera felicitación a @rafaelpacchiano quien fue nombrado hace un mes Secretario de Medio Ambiente en México. Yo solo lo conocí una vez en una reunión con el antiguo Secretario Abud y Rafael fue muy amable con nosotros y lo que me llamó la atención y se lo comenté a la Tía Georgette @paulcheca es la manera en que calladito, el ahora Secretario Pacchiano prestaba atención desde el otro lado de la mesa. Esa manera de poner atención es muy rara en este tiempo pues casi todos tienen una opinión que dar sin siquiera escuchar (Incluido Paul) y a mí me llamó la atención pues yo siempre les digo a los que trabajan conmigo que hay tiempo para escuchar, digerir y comprender y después hay tiempo para aportar. Felicidades @rafaelpacchiano hubiera escrito esto antes pero durante tu nombramiento las piedras en un riñón me estaban matando de dolor y francamente, cuando me recupere, se me fue. A seguir dejándo a México en alto en materia de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales...
