Meu perido menstrual passou e fui me pesar!
Pra quem acompanha aqui minha vida, rotina e dieta nesses 3 anos eu bati o menor peso dos ultimos 8 anos!
Acho que cheguei ao limite, mas meu médico sempre acha de onde tirar peso e gordura né doutor @paulomuzy
Dificil manter a dieta aqui nos #eua mas eu faço minha comida e não faço nenhuma refeição na rua, mesmo que eu esteja morrendo de fome!
Temos um objetivo e essa briga com a balança eu to eliminando, para só focar nos treinos!
Obrigado a todos que entedem meu mal humor durante a dieta e treinos, foram 53 kg!
