The Persepolis captain and former Team Meli forward suffered a sudden heart attack earlier this morning after his wife noticed he wasn't breathing and was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital. Hadi was capped 9 times between 2009-2011 for Team Meli and appeared in over 150 matches for Persepolis. Hadi was given the captains armband this season after Mohammad Nouri's departure, always proving to be a leader on and off the pitch for Persepolis. May he rest in peace ❤️
