Good mornin! (This is me) ?? I want to take the time to give love to all my #psoriasis sisters and brothers out there. This is a disease I've had for 26 years... Psoriasis is a long-lasting autoimmune disease. There is no cure, and I understand how painful life is physically and mentally living with it. There are many options to treat your psoriasis.. but no cure. My best advice is to keep a close relationship with a dermatologist, and a stronger relationship with your desire to manage it.
Remember you are not alone. I've got your back. There is not a day that goes by where my self esteem hasn't been affected by psoriasis, and more importantly my desire to be an advocate. There is no greater pain than to have a disease live your life for you. Take charge.
