I want to wish the best of luck to one of the most committed individuals that I know in the fight against Animal Cruelty, my friend, Saul Colin, who is now in charge of PROFEPA Baja California. Saul is feared all around the country for being merciless in his fight against animal mistreatment. I'll miss him in Mexico City but Baja California has a new Sheriff in town. Another amazing decision by Procurator Guillermo Haro, Sub Procurator Millan and Joel Gonzalez. An Implacable team again environmental crimes.
