I wonder what it say about this period when so much of what's on the runway of the most directional designers ( Prada, Marc Jacobs, Gucci, Saint Laurent) is so sequined-y, sparkly, and bauble-y? I wonder if it is a reflection of the Selfie Society that wants to festoon itself in the most glittery imagery possible ?
