One of the best meals I've had in Vietnam: #BnChả - a portion of #charcoalgrilled pork patties, served in clear peppery sour soup and eaten with a bun of vermicelli noodles. The soup alone is very tasty and fresh and I especially love when I mix it with the vermicelli noodles. The meat smells so good as well. Perfect! Also love the #SaigonSpecial Beer. ??
